HOBBS, N.M. (Special) Services for Farris E. Campbell, 73, of Hobbs will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Northside Baptist Church with Jake Armstrong, pastor, officiating and Don Hudgins, pastor, assisting.

Burial will be in Memory Gardens under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home, Inc.

He died Wednesday, July 21, 1999, at Covenant Health System in Lubbock.

He was born Dec. 20, 1925, in Weatherford. He married Albertha Hudgins Campbell. He was a member of Hobbs Masonic Lodge No. 63, Lea County Shrine Club, Lea County Shrine Clown Unit, Scot Rite of Las Cruces, N.M., Lea Lap Club and 100F Lodge.

Survivors include his wife; a son, David T. Campbell of Eugene, Ore.; a brother, Dick Campbell of Boring, Ore.; and three sisters, Virginia Wetherill of Grandview, Mo., Cherry Spicer of Abilene and Bobby Beasley of Antlers, Okla.

The body will be at the funeral home from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday.
