Mrs. Freeman Bonjour of Apple River passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 10th at the hospital at Shullsburg, Wis., following an operation. Pearl Ingram was born at Veta Grande, near Scales Mound on Sept. 18, 1893, and died Dec. 9, 1929, at the age of 36 years, 2 months and 22 days.
She was united in marriage with Freeman Bonjour, Sept. 11, 1913. One daughter, Ione, was born to them, who with the husband and brother and a devoted mother-in-law survives.
The funeral was held Thursday morning from the Methodist church and was in charge of Rev. Hoover Rye., W.S. Feldwisch of Savanna preaching the sermon. Burial was made in West Ella Highland cemetery.
