Survived by his wife, Mrs. Bertie Traylor White of Amite; five sons, Charles and Gardner, both of Hammond, Stanford of Ponchatoula, James of Amite and Earl White, U.S. Army, Savannah, Ga.; two daughters, Mrs. Harry LeBlanc, Baton Rouge, and Mrs. Brenda Hayden, Amite; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Donaldson, New Orleans; two brothers, John White, Amite, and Therold White, Baton Rouge, and 20 grandchildren. He was a member of Church of Christ.
