90, of Yuba City formally of Sebastopol went to be with the Lord March 5, 2010 in Yuba City. She was born to James L. & Mary P. Bradstreet on October 15, 1919 in Wheeler, Texas. Nona enjoyed sewing and quilting and was an avid doll collector. Nona was a very caring and loving person who was a foster mother to many children over the years. She was a very devoted Christian who loved her Lord and Savior and enjoyed attending church. Those who shared her life are her daughters Nina Stadel (Dennis) of Yuba City, and Lynn Locklear of Yuba City, Kay Jensen of Santa Rosa, Lovey Marcucci (Ernie) of Santa Rosa; son Ron Locklear (Sharon) of Santa Rosa, sister Lovey Winters of Simi Valley, son-in-law Ray Jensen of Sonoma; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Chester Locklear, and her twin infant sister, seven brothers & sisters. Funeral Services will be Friday March 12, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Family Bible Church 697 Benicia Ave Santa Rosa. Rev. Howard Rodgers and Rev. Don Wesley will be officiating. Burial will follow after the reception at Pleasant Hills Memorial Park in Sebastopol. Memorial contributions can be made in Nona's to a charity of your choice in her name.
