St. Joseph, KY; also survived by 5 grandchildren. Mr. Allen is at the J. B. Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 2114 W. Market St., where services will be conducted Saturday morning at 8:30 and from Holy Cross Church at 9 o'clock. Interment in St. Michael's Cemetery.
