Roy Shinn Killed at Walla Walla Power Plant
Roy Shinn, a former resident here and employee of the P. P. and L. Co., met with death by electrocution last Thursday night while repairing an oil switch at the power plant in Walla Walla. Mr. and Mrs. Shinn moved to Walla Walla about a year ago and since that time he has held the position of chief engineer at the Pacific Power and Light Co.'s plant there.
He is survived by his wife, parents and a brother, J. E. Shinn, formerly of this place but now residing in North Yakima.
The body was sent for burial to Junction City, Ore., where his parents reside.
