Don Cofer and Bro. Mickey Lyles. Internment will follow in the Elwood Cemetery. Mr. Kissinger passed away March 6, 2010 in Bonham, Texas.
Gerald Don Kissinger was born January 22, 1944 in McKinney, Texas to parents Orville Woodrow Kissinger and Elsie (Kidwell) Kissinger Opitz. Mr. Kissinger married his wife Judy on August 10, 1964 in McKinney, TX. Mr. Kissinger served as a deacon at the Elwood Baptist Church, Ivanhoe, TX.
Mr. Kissinger was survived by his wife, Judy Kissinger of Ivanhoe, TX, Sons, J.D. Kissinger and wife Kay of Ivanhoe, TX, Jeff Kissinger of Dallas, TX, Jon Kissinger and wife Stacy of Ivanhoe, TX, Grandchildren, Kandice Kissinger, Alaina Kissinger, Dillan Kissinger, Hunter Kissinger, Tanner Kissinger, Sister, Sherley Poston and husband Earl of Mason, TX, Brother, Tom Kissinger and wife Peggy of Celina, TX and Sister-in-law, Linda Kissinger-Niedenfuhr.
Mr. Kissinger was preceded in death by brother Woody Kissinger and his parents.
