Capitola B. Hood, 73, Rushville, died late Thursday, Dec. 13, in the Community Hospital in Indianapolis.
Mrs. Hood was born Sept. 28, 1911, in Clarksburg, the daughter of Chester and Sophia Beamer Brodie. She was a member of the Rushville Church of Christ and the widow of Charles Roy Hood, who died in 1982. She is survived by two sons: James William Hood, Mooresville and Charles Robert Hood, of South Carolina; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
The services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Moster and Cox Funeral Home in Rushville, with burial in the East Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.
