Virgil Leon Hicks, 88, of Grenada, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, at Grenada Lake Medical Center.

Visitation was held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 30, at National Funeral Home. Funeral services were at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 1, in the chapel of National Funeral Home with Bro. Frank Samples officiating. Burial followed in Smith Cemetery in the Rosebloom Community.
National Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
