BAKER, William F. Age 85 passed away Nov. 7, 2008. A Graduate of South Western Seminary, Ft. Worth, TX; a WWII Army veteran and Purple Heart Recipient and Minister of Music in several churches in Atlanta and South Carolina, he is preceded in death by his parents, Jeptha Clark and Fannie Mae Broome Baker, brothers, J. C., Todd, and Don Baker, he is survived by his sisters, Dolores Baker and Ruth (Joe) Gaskin; nieces, Susan (Jim) MacRae, Deborah (Mack) Rudisill; nephews, Clark (Connie) Baker, Brock (Mary ) Baker, Joe (Terry) Gaskin, Todd (Karen) Baker, and Galt (Sara) Baker.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Woodmont Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Memorial Fund at Woodmont Baptist Church. WOODLAWN-ROESCH-PATTON FUNERAL HOME, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN 37204, (615) 383-4754.
