Clyde Johnson Stricken, Dies; War Veteran
Clyde B. Johnson, 47, of 10 E. Dale Ave., a native of Muskegon who worked for Muskegon Paper Box Co. for 27 years, died Wednesday night of an apparent heart attack.
Mr. Johnson, according to a Paper Box official was stricken while working overtime at the firm and was dead on arrival at Mercy Hospital.
Mr. Johnson's occupation was shipping clerk. He was born Oct. 30, 1918 and educated in Muskegon schools. On Oct. 28, 1950 he married the former Miss Beatrice Bandgren.
A veteran of World War II he belonged to Samuel Lutheran Church and the Muskegon Elks Lodge.
Besides the widow, he is survived by a son, Rodney, of Muskegon, and two brothers, Earl A. of Fremont and Harold Johnson of Denver.
