Daughter of Michael Buracker and Barbara Gander Buracker
Mrs. Elizabeth Wheat, widow of the late Horatio Wheat, died last Saturday morning about 1 o'clock, at the residence of her son-in-law, Mr. Wm A.J. Miller, in this place.
Mrs. Wheat for the last two years of her life was a great sufferer from a malignant cancer of the breast, from which she died.
While not a member of any church, her faith was strong in the doctrines of the Old School Baptist church.
She was born November 23rd, 1816, and was consequently in her 76th year. Her funeral was conducted on Sunday morning by Rev. Mr. Quarles.
