KEPLER, WILLIAM M. (Dec. 17, 1841 - Nov. 24, 1909), educator, was born in Cuyahoga County, son of Adam George and Susannah (Beer) Marsh. He served as a private in the 4th O.V.I. from June, 1861, to June, 1864. After the Civil War he lived in Berea; he was secretary of the Northern Ohio Conference of the Methodist Church and also taught at Natural Science and Physics at Baldwin University (Baldwin Wallace). His death occurred in Oberlin.
