Thomas Jefferson Bills was the son of John G. Bills and Sarah F. Houston. It states on his death certificate he was born 25 Nov. 1869 in Tennessee and died 16 May 1938 at a hospital in Wichita Falls, TX. His grave marker states he was born 25 Nov 1867 and died 13 May 1938. He was first married to Ada King in Marshall County, Tennessee, They had one child; Luther Milton Bills. He later married Lula Nancy Gamblin, daughter of George W. Gamblin and Mary Louise Barnes. They had four more children; Mary Leone Bills-Morland, Clifford Forest Bills, Jeff Richmond Bills, and Cathleen Annet Bills-Arnold. He lived on Dalford Road in Fort Worth and worked for the Texas Electric Company. All five of his children are also buried at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
