Mrs. Thelma Lee Corse Dellis of Fritch died at 4:30 Sunday morning in Highland General Hospital, Pampa. She was 61.

Born Dec. 14, 1903, at Wapanuka in the Oklahoma Indian Territory, she moved in 1907 to Mobeetie. She was first deputy and then chief tax collector at Miami, and later at Amarillo. She was a charter member of the First Christian Church of Fritch and was also active in civic activities.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the First Brethern Convention Baptist Church of Fritch. Rev. Orley C. Herman of the First Christian Church and F.W. Elmore of the First Baptist Church of Fritch will officiate. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Duenkel Funeral Home, Pampa.

Surviving Mrs. Dellis are her husband Nolan Dellis; three daughters, Mrs. Herbert Bruce of Juneau, Alaska, and Mrs. Vernie Dye and Mrs. Bill Craig, both of Pampa; brothers Arthur S. Corse of Sunray and Kenneth Corse of Mobeetie; and ten grandchildren.

All memorials should be sent, at the request of the family, to the Licensed Vocational Nurses Association Student Loan Fund in care of John Hair, Secretary, or to the First Christian Church of Fritch.

Pall bearers will be Dan Hall, Phil Altendorf, Elmer Fonken, W.C. Groves, Jack Hendrix, and Jim West.
