Ruth married Chester Cunningham (1909-2001) on 02 Mar 1929; they were married 71y 11m 07d.

Mrs. Ruth L. Wentworth Cunningham, age 91, who has resided at Heartland Nursing Home the past two years, and formerly of 129 Royal Oak Drive, Greenville, passed away on 13 Jun 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Heartland Nursing Home.
Mrs. Cunningham was born 02 Apr 1912 in Darke County to the late Arthur and Bessie Rittenhouse Wentworth. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Cunningham (1909-2001), whom she married 02 Mar 1929; her son, James C. Cunningham (1942-1990); her brother, Virgil Wentworth; her sisters Doretha Wentworth Wion, Thelma Wentworth Riegle, Margaret Wentworth Lohr, Pauline Wentworth Reck, and Betty Wentworth Willmoth.
She was a dedicated homemaker and a member of the Stelvideo Christian Church and loved to fish.
She is survived by daughters Lucille Cunningham Sherry and her husband William, of Greenville, and Mary Ann Cunningham Baldschun and her husband James of Troy; her grandchildren, Connie (Sherry) and Richard Reinhardt, William and Stephanie Sherry, Gregory Baldschun, Christopher and Shari (Baldschun) Armstrong, Barbara (Cunningham) and Chad Hodge, Kathy (Cunningham) and Douglas McCowan; her great-grandchildren, Jason and Ann Reinhardt, Christopher Reinhardt, Jacquelyn Sherry, Colton Sherry, Nicole Sherry, Jennifer Armstrong, Samuel Armstrong, Tanner Garringer, Taylor Garringer, Mackenzie Hodge and Cassie McCowan; her brother, Donald R. Wentworth; and her sisters, Helen Wentworth Detling and Ruby Wentworth Kochersperger.
Funeral services will be on Monday at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, with the Reverend Eric Fee officiating. Burial will be in Stelvideo Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Darke County or Stelvideo Christian Church.
