Richard was the only son of Roland and Catherine Boisvert. He graduated from Westford Academy. He was a machinist, police officer in Westford, salesman for M.G.Wight in Lowell. A Marine. Richard wore many hats during his short life. He was a milkman driving a milk truck when I met him in 1969. He would drive over the back roads of Tyngsboro and Westford at a break neck speed and pull up into my driveway to visit. As we would talk, milk would be dripping out the back of the truck. Broken glass bottles strewn all over the back. He was so handsome. Beautiful eyes and long eye lashes. He looked like a mix of Elvis, with his long black hair swept up over his head in a curl, long side burns, and James Dean, his undershirt tight over his muscular body, cigarettes rolled up in the arm cuff of his Tshirt, tight jeans. I nearly swooned. We were married July 17,1970. Soon had a beautiful daughter, Michelle, June 2,1971. He was a wonderful father and loved his little girl so very much. He was with us such a short time. Too short. We miss him so much.
