On Thursday morning at 9:30, Mrs. Grace Penny, whose home is at the corner of High and Tenth Streets, passed to the great beyond at the Blackburn Hospital during an operation. Drs. Truax and Hunt were the physician and surgeons in charge. Mrs. Penny was a native of Grants Falls, Minnesota, and was held in the high esteem of all who knew her. She leaves her husband, Mr. William Penny and one daughter who resides in Los Angeles and on who is expected to arrive here in time for the fuenral, which will be held at the Baptist Church at 2:30 o'clock on Sunday afternoon July 8th, Rev. W.H. Cox will officiate.
