CENTERVILLE--Jay Edward Larsen died September 7, 1996.
Born March 21 in Spring City, Utah, to John H. and Anna V. Larsen.
Jay and Doris, his wife of 49 years, enjoyed a successful business career in the restaurant and motel business. They enjoyed their association with Pete Harmon when they owned and operated the Kentucky Fried Chicken Take Home.
Survived by his wife; and also children, Stephen and Peg; plus 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren that he dearly loved; sisters, Thora, Madge, and Aileen; brother, Von; and sister-in-law, Dorothy. Preceded in death by his daughter Jean.
Thank you, Mom, for loving and taking care of Dad. Dad, thank you, you're the best, we will miss you, we love you very much.
Friends may call Wednesday, September 11 from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary in Bountiful. Service at 1 p.m. Burial at Centerville Cemetery.
