Roy G. Lee, 93, of Campbellsburg, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 23, at 3:20 p.m., at his home.
Mr. Lee was born Feb. 9, 1917, in Washington County, Ind., the son of Harry and Flona Rosenbaum Lee. He was a retired farmer, 1935 graduate of Campbellsburg High School and a member of Sugar Creek Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elsie Mae Wesner Lee, on June 26, 2008; and two sisters, Virginia Brown and Ethel Lee.
He is survived by three sons, Nelson Lee of Nashville, David Lee of Salem and Philip Lee of Campbellsburg; a daughter, Thelma McDonald of Bedford; a sister, Ester Chastain of Campbellsburg; a brother, Paul Lee of Jeffersonville; 11 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m., at Sugar Creek Christian Church, with Nelson Lee officiating. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.
