Lavon F. Burran, 90, of Rankin died Friday, Feb. 26, 2010, at Hoopeston Regional Health Center.
She was born Oct. 2, 1919 in Watseka to Thomas and Margaret Gibbons Butler. She married John McIntyer on Feb. 5, 1944 in Biloxi, Mississippi. He died Aug. 30, 1969. She later married John Burran on Dec. 11, 1972 in Danville. He preceded her in death on May 16, 1995.
Survivors include a sister, Kathyrn "Lucille" Carey of Sun City, Arizona and several nieces, nephews, and stepchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Mary Louise Reitz.
