Funeral service for Elwin ``Pete'' Creviston, 78, will be held at 12:30 PM, Monday in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South with Rev. John Evans officiating.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Mr. Creviston died Wednesday, December 29, 1999 in Jacksonville. He was born in Wabash, Indiana on January 21, 1921.
He was an ordained Deacon and member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Maxine June Creviston; two sons, Dennis Creviston and his wife, Geina of Oviedo, Florida and Gary L. Creviston and his wife Sharon of Xenia, Ohio; his brother, Heston Weeks Creviston of Davie, Florida; five grandchildren, Gennifer, Miranda, Chip, Rachel and Matthew; two great grandchildren, Taylor and Kara.
