Mr. Flowers was born November 13, 1957 in Monroe to Lorando and Mary Flowers and he went to be with his Lord on February 15, 2010 and the grandson of Melva Nash and Joseph and Lois Flowers. He was dedicated to his nursing profession at Princeton Place Nursing Center as a LPN since 1988 and often worked double shifts. Mr. Flowers was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dubach. He enjoyed reading. Mr. Flowers is preceded in death by his brother: Charles Lansdown. Mr. Flowers is survived by his mother: Mary Flowers of Dubach; Aunt: Cornelia Hall of Marion, VA; Cousins: Sherrie LaFleur of Lafayette, LA and Barbara Miller of Holly Springs,MS.
Pallbearers will be Kris Grice, Allen Flowers, Jesse Lolley, David Wells, Larry Miller and James Killough. Honorary pallbearers will be Ray Flowers, Charles Hall, Joey Hall, Larry Flowers, Jeffrey Grice and Ernie Young. Visitation will be Saturday, February 20, 2010 from 5 PM until 7 PM at Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
