Demand (PNS)—Belle Timmons, 88, formerly of DeLand, died at 8 a.m. Thursday at the Lake Shelbyville Restorium, Shelbyville, where she lived five years.

Her funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Trigg Funeral Home, DeLand, with Rev. Carl Maim officiating. Burial will be in DeLand Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

She was born June 22, 1889, at White Heath, a daughter of Hiram and Asenith Biesecker. She married Walter Dillavou in 1910. He died in 1920. She married Gurnie Timmons in 1942. He died in 1962.

Surviving are one son, Carlyle Dillavou, Monticello; two daughters, Julia Myers, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Nola Headlee, Findlay; two stepsons, Donald Timmons, Monticello, and Ray Timmons, Butler, Pa.; a stepdaughter, Helen Foster, Decatur; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; a brother, James Biesecker, Decatur; two sisters, Anna Lilly, Monticello, and Julia Rhoades, Tuscola.

Eight brothers and sisters preceded her in death.

She was a member of the Mignonette Rebekah Lodge, the DeLand Woman's Club, the Priscilla Club, the Friendship Club and the DeLand Christian Church.

Memorials may be made to the church.
