Mrs. D. D. Harris, 73 passed away at her home at Shelbyville, Tuesday October 23, after a lingering illness. She was born and lived in Galesburg and vicinity until her marriage. A sister Mrs. Hannah Towne of Chicago, formerly of Galesburg with other relatives survive her. After the funeral at the home Friday the burial took place here in Oak Grove cemetery.
