Sioux Falls- Alvin "Zeke" Pesicka, 70, died Thursday, February 25, 2010, at the Dougherty Hospice House. Funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM on Saturday, March 6, 2010, at George Boom Funeral Home in Sioux Falls with burial to follow at Hills of Rest Memorial Park. Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM on Friday, March 5th at the funeral home with the family present to greet friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Pesicka, Geddes, SD; children, Vicki, Sioux Falls, SD, Chad (Emelie) Pesicka, Sioux Falls, and Christie Pesicka, Venice, CA; two grandchildren; brother, Glynn (Beth) Pesicka, Hugo, OK; sister, Janet (Don) Glasscock, St. Joseph, MO; and many nieces and nephews. Alvin was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Cleova (Branson) Pesicka; and a brother, Roger Pesicka.
Alvin's family requests that memorials be directed to the Dougherty Hospice House.
