George was born at home in Chicago IL in 1911. He had a brother, Gus ( Konstantinos ) born the next year. The family moved to Harvey, IL. George set up Miller Tile Company in Harvey and bought a home at 14815 S Morgan.
He married Athena Drivas in 1934. They had two daughters.He was Governor of the Blue ribbon District for the AHEPA, President of the Harvey Optimist Club, a great bowler with several 300 games to his credit and President of his church. This guy was a combination of Mayor Fiorello LaGuardia of NY and Lou Costello. Great sense of humor. Drove faster tha n greased lightning. Always bought Buicks. Had one of the first color TVs in Harvey. Liked the latest gadgets. Owned a restaurant in Tuscon AZ called Miller's.
