Lela Mae Tidwell, 68, of Talihina, Oklahoma passed away September 12, 1994 at Eastern Oklahoma Medical Center in Poteau, Oklahoma.
Born December 5, 1925 at Talihina, Oklahoma and had lived in the area all of her life. She was of the protestant faith.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Green Tidwell; a daughter, Patsy Lou Tidwell.
Survivors include, a son, three brothers, three sisters, two granddaughters, a grandson, and a great-granson.
Services were held September 14 at the First Assembly of God Church in Talihina, with Rev. Jerry Grammer officiating.
Burial was at the Old Talihina Cemetery, under the direction of Drake-Jones Funeral Home of Talihina, Oklahoma.
