VASSAR-Beverly Ann Allen died Feb. 17, 2010, at her home near Vassar. She was 71.
She was born on Nov. 16, 1938, at Belle Plaine, the daughter of Louis and Hazel Porter Allen. She lived in Kansas City before moving to Vassar.
She worked for Ward Paper Box Company, Kansas City.
She is survived by her sister, Mildred Roberts and husband, James, Vassar; her niece Diana Kubie, Tecumseh; and two nephews, Dale Roberts, Jersey City, N.J., and Jim Roberts, Cerritos, Calif.
Private family services were held. Burial followed at Vassar Cemetery. Feltner Funeral Home, Lyndon, assisted with arrangements.
