SESSLAR, Elizabeth G. Beth age 98, a resident of Dayton, formerly of Miamisburg passed away peacefully on February 18, 2010 at the Widow's Home. She was born on April 16, 1911 to the late Ephriam M. and Elizabeth C. (Naas) Scherer in Manzanola, Colorado. In addition to her parents Beth is preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years, Edward W. Sesslar, a sister Thelma Louise Trader and a brother Richard Melvin Scherer.

Left to honor her memory are her children, a daughter Marilyn L. Roddy, a son Edward C. (Maddie) Sesslar, 5 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one very special friend and roommate. Beth was very active serving as President for the Farmersville PTA, a member of the Slivers Presbyterian Church and an avid bridge player for various clubs including the Miamisburg Senior Center. She was great at giving second chances and was always willing to put a positive spin on all the situations that came her way and because of her kind heart will be greatly missed.
