He was born April 6, 1942, in Fort Worth.
Survivors: Wife, Anita Bailey; sons, Joseph, Anthony, Clyde and Billy Bailey; daughters, Dorris, Annette, Betty and Marilyn Bailey; brothers, James Perkins and David Hatcher; sisters, Brenda Lane, Bertha Branch, Melinda Lauderdale and Laverne Wright; six grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; loving and devoted granddaughter, Corine Bailey (Timothy); and a host of other relatives and friends.
