Elizabeth was married to Wilhelm (William) Wiebeck on Christmas Eve in 1891 in Toledo, Ohio. They had six children but only four survived: Louise, Dora, Lena, and Henry. She died at the dinner table of a heart attack caused by a gastric ulcer.
