Henry's funeral notices were incorrect. His name was printed as "David" in the Contra Costa Gazette, therefore, all other newspapers copied the funeral notice and misspelled his first name. He does not have a brother named David. Judith Palmer, Maintenance 5/26/1923

Mr. David Bush Sr. died in San Francisco on Friday of last week. His service was addressed by his friend Mr. Collins of San Francisco and his widow. His sons and grandsons were the pall bearers. Interment in Alhambra cemetery
