She was born on July 27, 1919, in Penn Laird and was a daughter of the late John Wilbert and Effie Dovel Kisling.
Mrs. Seal was a textile worker at Blue Bell and was a member of the Beahm's Chapel Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Herbert W. Seal Jr., are a son, Alton C. Lawson of Luray; a grandson, Kenneth Wilson Lawson of Luray, who was raised in the family home; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, Harold, Amos, Calvin, Oliver and Everett Kisling; and two sisters, Lillian Davis and Mabel Stanley.
Burial in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray.
