Louise Gallaher, 69, of Kingston, TN died Friday, February 19, 2010 at the Bridge at Rockwood. She was born October 19, 1940 to Frank & Mary Carthema Neal Ooten in Harriman, TN. She was a faithful member of Union Chapel Baptist Church of Kingston. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Mary Swenson; sister, Alicia Filyaw.

The family will receive friends Sunday, Feb. 21 5-7 pm at Union Chapel Baptist Church in Kingston. Funeral service will follow at 7 pm with Rev. Ronnie Nickel officiating. Family & friends will meet at the Church Monday, February 22 for the funeral procession to Kingston Memorial Gardens for graveside and interment at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the Alzheimers Association P.O. Box 10088, Knoxville, TN.
