Wallace Howard Adams, 81, passed away Monday, February 15, 2010.
He was born April 17, 1928 in Ogden, Utah the son of Lewis and Louise Palmer Adams.
Wallace married Isabell Young on January 15, 1945 in Ogden, Utah.
He retired from Hill Air Force Base.
Wallace loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and working on cars.
Surviving are his wife Isabell, Layton; son Howard (Janet) Adams, Layton; four daughters, Lark (Bill) Higgs, Ogden; Terri (Dave) Onuschak, Fairbanks, Alaska; Shauna (Randy) Meyer, Des Moines, Iowa; Sheila (Marty) Mason, Des Moines, Iowa; 20 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, two brothers, Merlin (Rayone) Adams and Kent (Karen) Adams.
Preceded in death by two sisters, Peggy, Marlene, two brothers, Larry and Elburn.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary.
Interment, Lindquist's Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
