3 Apr 1996 - Mrs. Beulah Rebecca McCormick, 98, passed away in Jacksonville, Fla., Tuesday, March 26, 1996, after a brief illness.
Funeral services were at 10 a.m., at Osborn Funeral Home Chapel in Shreveport, with Rev. A. P. Bazer officiating. Interment followed at Forest Park West Cemetery.
Mrs. McCormick was born on Sept. 5, 1897, in Many, and had been a resident of Shreveport since 1978. She was a member of Highland Baptist Church.
Mrs. McCormick was preceded in death by her husband, Wyatt James McCormick in 1977. She is survived by two sons, Raymond W. McCormick of Jacksonville, Fla., Chancey Lloyd McCormick of Springhill; four granddaughters; eight great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
