Alta Mae (Copeland) Brewer, 95 of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Wednesday, July 19, 1989 at Crockett Hospital, TN following a short illness. She was a native of Wayne County, TN, a homemaker and a member of the Ethridge United Methodist Church, Ethridge, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents: Henry & Dora (Shelton) Copeland; husband: William R. (Will) Brewer; daughter: Nadine (Brewer) Fowler; sons: Joe P. Brewer, Sr. & William R. (Billy) Brewer, Jr.
Funeral services were conducted on Friday, July 21, 1989 at 2:00 PM at North Funeral Home Chapel, Lawrenceburg, TN with Bobby Gobble officiating. Burial followed in Old Ethridge Cemetery, Ethridge, TN with North Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
Survived by three sons: Floyd H. Brewer, Wyandote, MI; Cleo Hassell (Speck) (Teresa) Brewer, Huntsville, AL; Bobby R. (Okalene) Brewer, Lawrenceburg, TN; three sisters: Auta Hill, Ethridge, TN; Eliot Alexander, Ethridge, TN; Lillie Holt, Parsons, TN; twenty grandchildren: forty-three great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted on Friday, July 21, 1989 at 2:00 PM at North Funeral Home Chapel, Lawrenceburg, TN with Bobby Gobble officiating. Burial followed in Old Ethridge Cemetery, Ethridge, TN with North Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
