Jessie Anne Price, 89, of 221 Hawksbill Heights Drive in Luray, died Saturday, Dec. 16, 2006, at Whispering Pines Rest Home in Luray.
Mrs. Price was born Nov. 3, 1917, in Luray, and was the daughter of the late Miller E. Roudabush and Leora Shenk Roudabush.
She graduated from Mary Baldwin College in Staunton and was a Page County school teacher. She was a housewife and was a member of Main Street Baptist Church.
On April 27, 1940, she married Hubert Hudson Price Sr., who preceded her in death May 27, 2003.
Survivors include three sons, Miller H. Price of Luray, Samuel S. Price of Lancaster and Hubert H. Price II of the United Nations, N.Y.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Dr. Charles Jolley will conduct a graveside service 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 22, at Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
