MANTECA — Ethel Berina {sic} Turner White, 71, native of Napa County, died Friday in a Tracy hospital. She had been hospitalized for about five weeks.
Mrs. White had been a resident of Manteca for the past 16 years.
She was past worthy matron of Pentalpha Chapter No. 339, Order of Eastern Star, in Manteca, and past president of Phoebe A. Hearst parlor of Native Daughters of the Golden West.
Survivors include two brothers, Aaron and Leonard Turner, Napa; and a sister, Mrs. Alvina Stamper, Bell.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Bergthold Mortuary, Manteca, with the Rev. R. L. Harrell and Pentalpha Chapter, OES, officiating.
Monday at 3 p.m. services will be held at St. Helena Public Cemetery with the LaJunta parlor, Native Daughters of the Golden West, officiating.
