Carolyn Ursula (née Weber) Tamagni Tamagni
Carolyn was born December 6, 1911 to Henry and Sabina Weber in Pleasanton, California.
She moved to Calistoga 75 years ago, where she met and later married Ted Tamagni, former Sealer of Weights and Measures of Napa County. They had two children, Teddy "Ted" and Nancy Tamagni.
Father-in law Charles Tamagni was former Supervisor of Napa County of four consecutive terms.
Carolyn was the wife of the late Theodore "Ted" Forest Tamagni and the late Harry "Cub" Tamagni, and a lifetime member of the Native Daughters of the Golden West. She worked at Roberts Department store in Calistoga and in her spare time, enjoyed summer gardening, canning and crocheting as well as traveling with her daughter. She enjoyed helping her son in his vineyard and occasionally hopping on his four-wheeler to help.
On her 80th birthday, her family surprised her with a 42-foot limousine ride to the Silverado Country Club in Napa for dinner.
After her son's death in 1992, she moved to Santa Rosa.
Carolyn Tamagni is survived by her daughter Nancy Catherine Tamagni of Santa Rosa; four grandchildren, Connie Anderson of Santa Rosa, Pam Anderson of Martinez, Teddy Tamagni (wife Judy) of Calistoga, and Teirey Tamagni-Tagliaferri (husband George) of St. Helena; two great-grandchildren, Jason and Jessica Tamagni of Calistoga.
Mrs. Tamagni was predeceased in death by son, Theodore "Ted" George Tamagni in 1992; brothers Henry and George Weber, sisters Margaret (Weber) Savage and Elsie (Weber) Wickwire.
