Mrs. Martin Thomas Rogers,63, died suddenly Saturday morning at her residence near Reidsville.
She is survived by her husband, Mr. Martin T. Rogers of Reidsville, seven sons, Rufus and Timmy Rogers of Lyons, Jack and Dewey Rogers of Collins, and Earl Rogers of Manassas, five daughters, Mrs. Jennie Cowart of Collins, Mrs. Vera Myers and Mrs. Alma Anderson of Stuart, Fla., Mrs. Vermell Murphy of Jacksonville, Mrs. Sena Roland of Savannah, a brother, L.L. Brazell of Collins, three sisters, Miss. Lavannah Brazell of Collins, Mrs. J.E. Pitts of Cylo, and Miss Oakie Brazell of Collins, forty six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Funeral Services were conducted Sunday at 4:30 P.M. at the Pine Grove Baptist Church near Reidsville by Elder R.H. Kennedy. Burial was in the Church Cemetery.
Active Pallbearers were J.E. and Foy Sharpe, Coy Mosley, Roger and Jack Kennedy and Henry Rogers.
