metery, Ansted, will be directed by B.C. Hooper mortuary of Montgomery.

Surviving are wife, Mrs. Freda Nutter, four sons, J.O. Nutter of Oswald, Emery Nutter of Ansted, J.A. Nutter of Fayettville, and Robert Lee Nutter who is serving with the navy at Livermore, CA; three daughters, Mrs. Caurla Holder, Mrs. Mildred Eades, and Mrs. Arline Cavendish, all of Ansted; one brother Clifford Nutter of Ansted, five sisters, Mrs. Thomas Grimmett and Mrs. Oats Niday of Ansted, Mrs. Thomas Smoot of Rainelle, Mrs. John Cantrell of Gassaway, and Mrs. Jodie Davis of Garretts Bend: 18 grandchildren.
