Obit: Died at her home at 6900 W. Mississippi Ave. in Lakewood, CO. after a long illness. Two children preceeded her in death. Member of Presbyterian Church. At the age of two weeks she traveled with her family by covered wagon to the Nebraska Territory and was reared and educated near what is now Scottsbluff, NE. She and George moved to CO in 1918 from Sandpoint, ID. One record said Mattie died in Denver, Arapaho, County.
