Maurice Kenneth Wilson, died at his home on August 20, 2003. He was born May 4, 1922 in Page County, Virginia. He was the son of the late Hubert Vernon Wilson and Virginia Florence Foltz Wilson.

Mr. Wilson retired from the Page Co-op Farm Bureau in 1997, where he was employed for 50 years. He was dedicated to serving the farming community, working under the direction of four managers: Carl Brumback, John Bushey Sr., Roy Dovel and the present manager, Darryl Hulver.

While serving in England during the Second World War in the European-African Theatre of Operations, he married the former Margaret Morris, his wife of 59 years, who survives. He is also survived by a son, Kenneth M. Wilson of Bridgewater; a daughter, Patricia A. Mathews of Luray; four grandsons, Brian A. Mathews of Luray, Adrian S. Wilson of Harrisonburg, Kevin and Brandon Wilson of Front Royal. One sister, Stella good, survives. Four brothers and three sisters a re deceased. Mr. Wilson is also survived by a brother-in-law, Harold Morris of Cornwall, Englad and a sister-in-law, Ann Morris Guarini of Birmingham, England, as well as a number of nephews and nieces here and in England. Mr. Wilson also served as am elder in the Luray Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. In April of this year, Mr. Wilson traveled with his wife, his daughter and son-in-law to England visiting family and points of interest to him.
