MRS. FANNY H. HAZELTINE
Mrs. Fanny Hallock Hazeltine, widow of Rev. Henry M. Hazeltine, died Saturday at 6:20 p.m. at the Warner Home, aged 89 years, 7 months and 28 days. She is survived by two daugthers, Miss Elizabeth H. Hazeltine of Lake Erie college, Painesvllle, O., and Miss Alice I. Hazeltine of Wilson college, Chambersburg, Pa., and a brother, Rev. Leavitt Hallock of Portland, Maine. Mrs. Hazeltine was a member of the First Congregational church and Jamestown chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution. The funeral will be held at 2:30 p. m., Tuesday from the Warner home.
