KERRVILLE - Mr. Robert L. Tune, 81, of Kerrville, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2001, in a Kerrville hospital. Mr. Tune, a resident of Kerrville for three years, was born Dec. 4, 1920, in Ovilla, Texas, to Clifford and Lennah Trees Tune.

He married Eva Nadine Hancher on Feb. 15, 1943, in Dallas. Mr. Tune served his country faithfully during World War II in the United States Army. He was retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone company as an estimate assigner. Mr. Tune was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; a son; and sister and her husband; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Private family services were held at Garden of Memories Mausoleum with the Rev. Phil Tilden officiating.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville.
