Samuel C Folsom, son of Jackson Folsom and Dorcas Greenleaf Folsom, married Ann Elizabeth Damon, 14 Aug 1845, in Wiscasset, Maine. Samuel and Dorcas had 8 children, Samuel C Jr, Frederick W, Adelbert S, Leonard W, Ida Mae, Elery H, Bertha R, and Edith Hallet Folsom. From U S Census reports it's apparent that Samuel was a mill worker and a fireman. RIP great, great grandfather.
