Funeral services for Wayne Lee Westfall will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, 2010, at the Davis-Morris Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

On the 5th day of Feb. 2010, God stepped down and took his angel Wayne Lee Westfall back home with him.

He served his country in the United States Air Force (May, 1952 to February, 1956) as an Airman 2nd Class. Born Sept. 24, 1934, to Delores Inez Francis Westfall and Opie Loyd Westfall. He was the first born in a twin birth. He joined his father, Opie; mother, Inez; stepmother, Odessa; and brother, Donald, in heaven to watch over those they left behind.

He will now stand guard over his twin brother Dewayne Westfall and wife Pat Westfall; sister, Ruth Jane Cloud; sister, Wanda and husband Bill Brown; daughter, Elke Westfall and family; son, Robert Westfall and family; daughter, Bobbie Maldanado and family; son, Wayne Westfall II and family; daughter, Susan Chapman and family; stepdaughter, Cyndi Dressen and family; stepdaughter, Tammy Gerlich and family; many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be remembered by his former wife Dorothy Zurovec and many other friends and loved ones. His absence in life will be felt by many people including his lifelong friend and former wife, Francine Sierman Westfall.
