William was married for the second time and had his 4 children of his first wife (Lillie Mary Moore) and 3 children of his second wife Sallie S. Foster. Harvey Scott Foster is age 14 on this Census.

Once with his father's second family (William Scott Foster & Sadie Savage) and now here as a boarder working for the Savage families. It appears that Harvey was doing farm labor for James (age 21) & Lulu Savage family at age 14. Next door lived Haden (age 60) and Isabel H. Savage. Harvey's father was William Scott Foster whose mother Lillie Moore had died just 9 years before in 1891.

Harvey's father William Scott Foster had married Hayden's daughter Sadie Savage and they now had 3 young children. Sadie was the school teacher in the area. It appears that Joseph Savage Jr and his wife(Cora W) also lived nearby.

I found the family by looking for his wife Vera Foster. Harvey is age 33, Vera is 23, chldren Harrell age 3 4/12; Cleo age 1 11/12; Viola age 6/12.
